Tap @ Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, apples, red apples and light wood. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 070220

Tap @ Cotteridge Wines. Small head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are green apples, fruits, little acid, little sulphur and has a nice sour finish.
