Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear brown with an orangey hue and a small, off-white head. Sweet, spicy aroma - almost cinnamon like. Unusual. Medium body, sweet caramelly malts and an odd, soapy touch. Light bitterness. It's not an unpleasant beer, but I doubt that any Düsseldorfer would recognize it as an Altbier. 010922

Bottle, 4.8%. Hazy dark amber/brown with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, caramel, bread, little dark fruit and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, bread, medium sweet, little dark fruit, hop, grass and a little bitter.

Bottle from Voldby. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, a little dark fruit and light bready. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 011218
