Cask (handpump) @ The Tap, 1 Derwent Street, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE1 2ED. [ As Derby On Tap ].Clear medium orange amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, apple, pale malt - caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150215] 6-3-6-3-11

Sample tray, third, tap at The Tap. Pearl white head to a clear golden body. Spotty lacing down the glass. Herbal hops on the nose, hints of yeast. Flavours of leafy hops and bread, again with a drop of yeast to it. Okay, tastes a bit unsettled though (Derby 22.02.2015).
