Cask @ The Salmon (Black country ales), Leicester. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, flowers, hops and malt. Light bitter finish.

Cask @ The Salmon, Leicester. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 260717
