Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate pear, wood, celery, light apple, tart notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, pear, sweet pear - apple, wood notes. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20161018]
