Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey brown with a dissipating off-white head. Dusty, nutty, strawberry jam in the nose - very odd. Medium body, fizzy, estery, phenollic - no real banana - some bubblegum and a late tartness and that's how it ends. Fizzy indeed. Certainly drinkable, but for the style it certainly misses the target. 020719

Bottle. Pours opaque dark chestnut. Aroma is malt, prunes, port wine, cooked vegetables, chalk and hints of vinegar. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and medium acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly acidic with notes that follow the nose (6:3:5:3:12)

Bottle, 5.8%Hazy dark amber/brown with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast, dark fruit and berries. Flavour is malt, yeast, caramel, berries, little over carbonated, sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle from Voldby. Hazy brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, caramel, light berries and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. Carbonation is on the high side and it feels a bit unclean. 161016
