Tap @ Élesztő, Budapest. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus, light coriander and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet, moderate bitter and moderate salty. Dry, moderate bitter and moderate salty finish. 100716

Draught @ Élesztö, Budapest. Pours cloudy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, wit some sourish and spicy hints. Bitter, hoppy flavour with vinous and estery notes and malty touches. Estery and mildly acetic afteaste. Decent for a non-Goslar Gose.
