Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Pig Iron I.P.A. ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity, pale malt, light peach - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Gravity cask at Nottingham festival 2015. Clear golden color, white head. Aroma of dusty straw. Taste has white pepper and light lemon.
