Introducing Lilac DIPA (Eight Point One Percent). Formerly known as Socratic Questioning Ten. The one you never had because we lost power during active fermentation and sent the batch down the drain. Lilac is a favorite flower of somebody important to us so we had to rebrew it and give it this name. #fidensfamily

Hazy yellow with a half-finger finger tall white head of decent retention. Tropical fruits upfront, catty notes, citrus, floral notes, white grapes, a hint of honey (3 months old), herbs. Dry. Light to medium bitterness. Pretty good. Not old enough thankfully.

Can at home from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, 13th December 24. Pours a milky yellow orange. Aroma is intense tropical fruits, citrus. Taste is bittersweet and pithy, tropical and dry, lovely floral and pithy citrus linger.

Pours a hazy, soft orange-banana yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is pretty dank, with green onion/sharp cheese notes, along with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow. Very soft mouthfeel. Moderately hoppy bitterness in the finish. It's good.
