Cask (handpump) @ Golden Eagle, 55 Agard Street, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE1 1DZ. [ As Titan Pale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, butter, butterscotch, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, sharp, butterscotch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150215] 5-2-5-3-9

Fra fat på Golden Eagle i Derby 16 Feb 16. Blek gyldengul. Filmskum. Forsiktig fruktaroma. Smaken balansert. Lett syrlig frukt. Avslutter tørt & bittert.

A very well conditioned half pint from cask served in a mug at the Golden Eagle. Bubbles to the rim of the surface. Crystal clear golden body. Floral hoppy aromas, hints of peach. Fresh fruit hoppy flavours of peach and pineapple. Smooth, bittersweet fruity ending. Clean in the mouth. Refreshing (Derby 16.02.2016).
