Let's kick off our anniversary year with a style you don't see that often: a good old Red IPA. We brewed it with a balanced malt bill of barley and rye for a nice hint of spice and chuggability. A firm but clean bitterness is the backbone for the blend of simcoe, bravo, galaxy and the experimental YCH303 to shine on. Expect dankness, resinous notes, orange marmalade, citrus zest and a subtle sweetness.

Roodbruin vrij helder bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter hoppig en droog in de mond met veel hop, wat zwarte thee en een beetje rozijn. Heel degelijk bier.

0,33 l blikje. Dark red brown in he glass, slightly cloudy with a more than one finger foamy pale beige head. Floral hoppy aroma, malty background. Taste starts also floral hoppy with resin, some citrus sweetness. Malt in the second row. Below average carbonation. Mid bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice one.
