A beautiful golden yellow, hazy IPA brewed with flaked oats and wheat, then generously hopped and dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo. Chock full of hop flavour and aromas emoting soft zesty orange, pear and watermelon. A lush tropical fruit bomb with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. A recipe inspired by our trip to New York and Brooklyn to meet the people and beers behind some of our favourite stateside breweries.

Keg at Ale Way, Axminster station, 10/09/21. Hazed orange yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is juicy tropical fruits, ripe melon, soft malts, grass, tangerine. Taste comprises orange zest, melon, soft malts, light pine nip, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Solid hoppy pale.
