In the romantic comedy, Captain America: The First Avenger, Ol’ Cap as he is affectionately called comes across a really bad dude with a red face. Well Mr. Red Face was pretty aggressive and started fighting with Cap. In fact, lots of people wanted to fight Cap and he got hit a lot. Like a lot a lot. But, he always got back up again. His response was unfiltered, like this pilsner, for a clear statement of refreshment that will take you into a hop field of Galaxy so that you can be among the guardians of the golden liquids. Appearances are a very short lived head, diminishes to almost none over a slightly hazy yellow liquid. Aromas are dusty citrus, wet grain and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, citrus comes out more and is on the sweet side. Enough bitter and carbonation to help balance. Okay body and a bit sweet finish. Would have been better less sweet.
