Flight pour at the taproom. Pours clear pale yellow. Very light apple on the nose. Flavour has apple skins and a bunch of residual sugars. If it weren't for the sweetness this would be okay.

This cider has a crisp apple aroma with a floral note. The flavor is lightly sweet and crisp with a pleasant apple flavor. It finishes on the dry side. Nice balance.

Can - Light sulphur and apple peel. Pale gold with no head. Light acidity, nice apple peel notes and fairly dry. Nice table craft cider.
