[ As Derby Red Ryeding Hood ].Clear medium red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration, hoppy, caramel, dark malt - rye, grapefruit - dark fruit - citrus, nutty notes, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150215] 7-3-7-3-15
