Cask (handpump) @ Greyhound, 75-76 Friar Gate, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE1 1FN. [ As Derby Head Over Heels ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity, butterscotch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150215] 5-3-6-3-12
