[ As Baker’s Dozen Galactic Landlady ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, light UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, hop bitter, pale malt. From cask. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and light grapefruity. Bitter, grapefruity and light herbal. Dry and bitter. Smooth fruity finish.
