Cask @ EBF21 2015, 21th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Baker’s Dozen Galactic Landlady ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, light UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, hop bitter, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150809] 6-3-7-3-14

From cask. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and light grapefruity. Bitter, grapefruity and light herbal. Dry and bitter. Smooth fruity finish.
