[ As Downlands Southern Hemisphere ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity, sharp fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, sharp fruit bitter, citrus, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild herbal. Grassy and citrusy. Bitter, citrusy and almost grapefruity. Crisp hoppy, fruity and solid hoppy finish.
