Roll the clocks back almost seven years from now – a young brewer was just about commissioning the first brews for an exciting new brewery that unbeknownst to them would snowball and become the home to some of the best hop-forward beer in the United Kingdom.

It feels an eternity ago since those first Loka Polly test batches, and we won’t pretend they weren’t a little rough around the edges, but there was a beer amongst those first five that glimmered and showed just what was about to come.

Galaxy Mosaic IPA was the beer that put our fledgling brewery on the map, and we’ve brought that recipe forward to give it a wholly 2024 Polly’s treatment in Cosmo Forest. Bright, punchy clementines, pomelo, and a berry medley play off spiky citrus and tropical notes in this homage to the ones that were there from the start, with no idea what a special brewery they were about to get themselves into.
