Il gusto al naso va sullo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è corta. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa. Le bollicine sono grandi. La carbonazione è eccessiva. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di bollicine medie e anche qui la stessa carbonazione abbondante, con velocità di ascesa frizzante, vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si depositano impressioni di miele, cereali, fiori e agrumi.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As San Michele Butterfly ].Unclear matt light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, dusty, moderate yeasty, medicin notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, medicin - plastic, yeast, fruity yeast, funky notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160709] 6-3-5-3-12

Bottled@PBF XI. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is herbs, yeast, some toffee and mild lactic (non-sour) notes. Flavour is floral, fruity, wooden, herbal and some slight earthy and estery notes.

33cl bottle @PBF XI. Poured straw color with a thick white head. Funky yeasty aroma. Flavor has floral, perfumy flavor, some yeastyness, funk. Balanced, yet some off notes in the aroma.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Greenish yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Some citrus notes. Light bitter too acetic flavor. Light bitter average finish. Oily palate but too fizzy.

Bottle, 5%. Clear pale yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, hop, floral, little citrus and perfume. Flavour is malt, wheat, spices, floral, little perfume, medium sweet, little over carbonated, notes of brett? and a little bitter.
