THIS IS THE WORLD’S FIRST CARBON-NEGATIVE BEER WITH NO OFFSETS. Each 30L keg bought decreases your carbon footprint by 1.6kg CO2e. Each pint poured in a bar has a negative product footprint of -30g CO2e / pint. The average amount of carbon per pint is >350g CO2e / pint - the difference is enormous. This means that with every pint bought by a pub-goer, they are actually reducing the carbon footprint and helping solve our climate crisis. All is possible thanks to the use of regenerative barley and hop recapture.

Can at home picked up from Waitrose Gloucester road. A clear golden coloured pour with a decent frothy white head. Aroma is nutty, waxy grains, grass, stewed hop, green cereal grains. Flavour is composed of thin earthy cereal grains, grass, stewed hops, numbing hop, firm dirty hop bitterness. Palate is little thin, moderate fine carbonation. Not bad.

Can from my S-i-l, the beers and hot sauce were clearly purchased at Village Vintners, Pyrford. Aroma has citrus and spice. Metallic edge. Underlying malts. Clear copper gold. Thick foamy white head. Light-medium bitter. Grainy. Earthy. Citrus edge. A dryness. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Dry. Crisp. But not very satisfying.
