Nisam neki fan witbierova ali ovaj je čist pristojno napravljen. Pio sam i puno gorih. Osvježavajući je.

0.33 l bottle. Pours hazy light yellow with small white lasting head. Orange, clove, coriander, wheat, sulfur on the nose. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter, little sour. Medium body and carbonation. Finish is quite dry with light spicy bitterness. Orange and coriander are present throughout from nose to finish. Beer is also a bit soapy.

Das Bier mit diesem sommerlichen Namen, der an ein ehemaliges Strandbad an der Save erinnern soll, ist ein Witbier; aber nicht unbedingt nach belgischer Brauart. Es wird mit Gestern - und Weizenmalz gebraut und besticht durch seinen Geschmack nach Koriander und Orange. Aber im Gegensatz zu den typischen belgischen Witbieren ist es als sommerliche Erfrischung gemacht. Dies ist sich ganz gut gelungen. Die Aromen sind deutlich wahrnehmbar und das Bier bleibt dabei schön fruchtig und spritzig.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Country Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Aarhus. [ As Pivovara Medvedgrad Ljeto u Zagrebu ].Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt - wheat, hay, banana - yeast, earthy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, banana, sweet malt - yeast, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161008] 5-3-5-3-10

Bottle [thanks to RW80] @ home. Hazy yellow to light orange color, virtually no head. Smell and taste wheat, blossomy, floral, sweetish. Average body and cabonation. Ok beer.

Boca o,33L - prvi put sam ga probao na požeškoj krigli sa točionika i ostavilo je bolji dojam nego u boci...osjeti se pšenica u okusu, slabije gazirano.. 29.09.24 - naručena iz pivovarinog webshopa - fina aroma korisndera i banane i možda mrvica meda. Taman gazirano, kiselkasto u mirisu dok je okus ta kombinacija kiselosti pšenice i slakastog okusa. Sasvim pristojan witbier, taman za završetak ljeta.

Bottle at Aarhus tasting. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, light hop, caramel. Quite sweet light bitterness.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, grass, fruits and hops.
