[ As West Coast Bryggeri Blonde ].Unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, moderate to heavy yeasty, belgium yeast, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, belgium yeast, fruity yeast, pale malt, fruity malt. Backlog, used to work for this brewery and at time reviewed the beers I tasted, now that I am no longer employed figured I can enter them.Bottled - BB 11.01.2017 - Batch 15026Hazy to cloudy deep straw yellow to pale golden color, builds up a huge white head that is fairly big bubbled.Fresh some lemon lime scent, a tad acidic, banana ester scent.Yeasty, spicy, light acidic taste. Yeasty, spicy aftertaste. Not as fresh taste as the scent was.Medium a bit fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.Fresh and very drinkable, though not too sure that acidity that comes through belongs.

Draft @ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy weak yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy finish.

Draught @ Haket. Pours very hazy, almost milky, deep yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some sticky lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty, tiny fruity and slightly spicy with crackers, white bread, apples, pears, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, allspice, minerals, lemon zest and hints of residual Belgian yeast. Taste is tiny sweet, tiny bitter, slightly fruity and tiny spicy. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny dry, round, very tiny tart, tiny astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, bitter and very tiny sour with bready malts, estery apples/pears and light spice. Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in March 2016. Golden with a small white head. Sweet with yeast, light banana, some hints of earth, bread and malt. Medium body and with a lively carbonation.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul, rejält disig med stor skumluva som dock ganska snabbt lägger sig. Stor väldiskt belgisk doft med jäst, estrar, blommor, och frukt, främst banan och päron. Smaken ligger väldigt nära doften. Ganska tjock munkänsla, välbalanserad alkoholstyrka, sötma, friskhet och fruktighet. En snygg stor klassisk blonde som känns stiltypisk och välgjord. Riktigt trevlig.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, rich head. Floral nose with lingonberry and banana. Mid sweet with solid body and creamy mouthfeel. Hay, marzipan, whipped cream and banana. Spicy mid bitter finish. Rich, yet relaxed.
