On tap at the brewpub on 01/14/2010. Clear dark amber body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet toasted malt, caramel, and dark fruit aroma. Sweet rum soaked fruit, caramel and sugary flavor. Medium full body with moderately low carbonation.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Sweet malty aroma with notes of toffee and caramel. Taste is also very sweet and malty with lots of caramel, toffee and brown sugar, but with a nice amount of bitter hops in the finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.
