On tap at the brewpub on 08/23/2009. Very clear golden body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet spice and light citrus aroma. Sweet sugary fruit flavor with light citrus notes. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

Draft sample at the brewery. Pours a golden amber color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma is apple, pear, caramel and other fruity notes. Taste is caramel, bread, pear, apple, strawberry, pepper and pineapple. Medium bodied with assertive carbonation.
