Bottled. Deep brown colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is dried fruits, some spices and mild toffeeish and toasted tones. Flavour pretty much has the same elements, but in a nice balance. Nice somewhat spicy and chocolaty aftertaste.

Bottle shared at the 2015 edition of the chriso Pre-GBBF tasting - London. Cheers! Pours clear, deep brown with a creamy, tan head. Big wintery spice aroma, with some dark malts and fruitcake. Medium sweet flavour, with dark and toasted grainy bread, light earthy hops. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, with lingering winter spices. Nice overall.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out paint thinner, perfume and tart fruits - a little spice too. Flavour is tart, perfumey and rather nail polish like. Clashing notes and just bizarre. Not good.

Bottle at Pre-GBBF Shindig 2015. It pours cloudy deep brown with a tiny tan head. The nose is toasty, coca, caramel, wood, leather, dirt and some spice. The taste is bitter-sweet, toasty, earthy, wood, cocoa, spice, dirt, mild acidity, varnish, leather and dark fruits with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not too bad.
