A strong amber lager for the Spring. Extended cold aging and the special bottom-fermenting yeast create a very clean flavor. Brewed with Pilsener and Munich malts, and traditional German hops.

On tap at the brewpub on 04/25/2009. Very clear amber body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet toasty and light bready aroma. Sweet bready and toasty flavor some fruity notes. Medium body with moderate carbonation and a bit of grainy finish.
