A light-bodied golden ale with just enough hops to balance the flavor. A special yeast from Essen, Belgium is used to provide a subtle but pleasant floral sweetness. This is our lightest beer and has a crisp, clean finish.

On tap at the brewpub on 04/25/2009. Very clear pale copper amber body with a small white head. Sweet fruity and sugary aroma with a bit of spice. Sweet pale malt flavor with some fruitiness, faint citrusy notes, and a bit of light spice. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a light copper color with a thin head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel, apple and pear. Taste is toasted malts, caramel, butter, plum and other stone fruits, light spice and hops. Thin-medium bodied with soft carbonation.
