On tap at the brewpub on 01/18/2009. Clear copper body with a small frothy off-white head. Sweet toasty aroma with light dark malt hints. Sweet toasty flavor with some grassy hops, faint dark malt and a bit of green apple. Medium light body with moderately high carbonation.
