On tap at the brewpub on 01/17/2009 as Notre Diva Favorite. Clear reddish brown body with a small tan head. Very sweet raisin, molassas, caramel and belgian spice aroma. Sweet raisin, rum-soaked fruit, cherry and belgian spice flavor. Medium full body with moderate carbonation.

I donβt know what I was thinking when I originally rated this, but that rating was... lacking. Anyway, tried this again. Pours a clear ruby color, dark, with nearly no head. Earthy aroma with notes of toffee, chocolate, nutty notes and faint berry-like fruits. The taste is nutty, leafy with toffee, chocolate, caramel and a light raisin note in the finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.
