12oz bottle-pours a tan head and amber color. Aroma is medium malt-toffee. Taste is sweet medium malt-caramel/toffee/peat/chocolate, secondary hops bite. Thanks butters for sharing this.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of maniac. Thanks! Pours a clear reddish amber with a thin head. Aroma is malty with some odd tart notes. Taste is caramel and butterscotch with a bitter finish. Medium bodied. Strange one.

This beer was brewed by Coastal Brewing in Dover. From a bottle purchased at the Food Lion. Looks like iced tea with a thin creamy head. Nice bready yeast aroma, smells of good qulaity. Initially not a lot of bitter ale character on the tongue. Fairly mild and enjoyable to a lager lover. Decent carbonation. Overall, a beer with mild ale attributes yet friendly enough to be not over the top in hoppiness. Decent lacing. Malt or hop bitterness tries to build on the back of the throat but it never really gets there. Cannot taste much alky in there. One of the more enjoyable ambers I’ve had lately.

Bottle on 12/13/2008 from Food Lion in Varina, VA. Very clear amber body with a small frothy off-white head. Sweet caramel and slight fruity aroma. Fruity flavor, some caramel and hints of corn. Medium body with moderate carbonation.
