To celebrate our tenth anniversary, we’ve brewed an experimental style never before served. An excess of Pilsen malt creates a rich golden hue and a potent 7.7% ABV. This beer is lagered over four months to mellow conspicuous quantities of Columbus and Saaz hops. It’s excessive, we know, but seems like the most appropriate way to commemorate the last ten years.
