Spacebar, Falls Church tap: pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sugar and a bit of hops. Taste is quite hoppy and spicy for a weizenbock. Taste is a bit sweet and dry towards the end. Pretty good.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, wheat, malt. Tastes of wheat, citrus, herbs, spice, malt. Medium body with a dry finish. Solid weizenbock.

Had this at the Summer NOVA BrewFest. Poured a slightly cloudy color with a small fluffy white head. Aroma was wheat, cloves, spices, and yeast. Flavor was pretty tasty - banana, cloves. A touch more carbonation to make this one really refreshing, especially since alcohol is pretty well subdued in this one.

On tap at Capital Ale House - Downtown on 08/29/2008. Hazy orange body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet banana and light citrus aroma with some light floral hoppiness. Sweet banana flavor, floral and citrus hop flavor with gentle bitterness. Medium body with moderately high carbonation. On tap at the brewpub on 08/15/2008. Hazy orange body with a small creamy off-white head. Sweet citrus, banana, and floral hop aroma. Sweet light banana flavor, more citrus, some fruitiness. Big citrus and floral hop background, and a lovely bitter finish. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

Draft at the brewery. Poured into a snifter. Vibrant orange color with a thin white head. The aroma is dominated by floral hop notes along with some caramel and citrus fruitiness. Taste is strong bitter hops with notes of yeast, banana, butterscotch, peach, pineapple and alcohol. Medium bodied and very complex.
