Bottle shared by Grumbo. Aroma is malty, dried fruit, cherry, biscuit, caramel and bready. Moderate carbonation. Decent body. Very sweet on the taste. Not a lot bitterness. Not bad.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 21/07/24. Chestnut brown with a beige cap that veers to the edge. Nose is nutty, bourbon biscuit, toffee, sugars, dark malts. Taste comprises dried fruits, brown bread, sugar coated, toffee, dried fruits, cherry cola. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Way too sweet and lacking balance ... Kvass like in some respects.

28/6/2024. Bottle bought at Bang-On Brewery, Bridgend. Pours clear amber bronze with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, cherry, caramel, brown sugar, maltloaf, date, nut, touch of cinnamon biscuit. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, very oily, average carbonation. Very sweet finish. An interesting one.
