Moonlight Bay is a Crystal Wheat Beer, inspired the beers brewed around Lake Constance in southern Germany. It’s a crisp, classic and crystal clear wheat beer, brewed with Suffolk Malt and tonnes of Tettnang hops from deepest Germany.

Tap at the Ipswich Beer Festival. Aroma of wheat, grain, banana and butter. Very sweet and thin. Not for me.

25/7/2024. Tap at the 34th Ipswich Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is malty, wheat, butter, grain, citrus, banana, sweaty edge. Quite sweet with light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily watery, very soft carbonation. Not a big fan.
