500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and minimaly grassy, hoppy aroma, slightly biscuity, pale malty background, notes of mandarine, orange, a touch of grapefruit. Taste is tart-ish, mildly bitter, fruity and herbal hoppy, strawy, pale malty, hints of cooked fruit, a touch of quince, lemon, grapefruit, sorrel. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, scattered, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Not really what one expects from Mosaic and Amarillo, quite herbal and tart-ish - bit of a disappointment.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 21/07/24. Moderately hazed orange with a thin white head. Nose is grass, herb, citric tinged straw, bitter orange. Taste comprises tangerine, grass, lemon, hedgerow, hint of orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with leafy hop bitterness. Low end pale.

24/6/2024. Bottle bought at the Brewery. Pours very slightly hazy straw gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, lemon, lime, flowers, slight vinegary edge. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, watery, soft carbonation. Drying slightly sour finish. It's okay.
