14th beer of the St Albans bus replacement crawl. Aroma smokey meat, bbq and fruity. Taste follows through but not a massive fan if the style.

29/9/2023. Tap at the Briarbank German Beer Tap Takeover. Pours very dark mahogany brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is smoked cheese, bratwurst, bbq meats, smoked malts. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with smoky notes. Medium body, average carbonation. Not my favourite style but wasn’t bad.
