29/9/2023. Tap at the Briarbank German Beer Tap Takeover. Pours clear dark amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is bready, caramel, dried fruits, malt, slightly medicinal. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Some increasing bitterness to finish. Quite okay.
