4.2% golden ale with a good amount of honey added in the fermenter, and hopped to give a light, blossomy finish.

25/6/2022. Bottle from Raise The Bar, Chapel en le Frith, shared at the Gorzow GP beer share. Pours clear very pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, floral, citrus, slightly veggie and starchy. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, watery, average carbonation. Probably the least enjoyable one I’ve had from this brewery.

Cask at the Devonshire Arms (couple of pints of), Baslow, 17/09/20. Clear golden with a well presented white cap ... lacing ensues. Nose is pale malts, grass, light herb, lemon drizzle. Taste comprises pale malts, light breads, grass, lemon tinged straw, trace of honey. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing gold.
