Pours red, not much foam. Rasberry is not too strong, has fresh feel to it. Taste is tart, rasberry strong and also full of acid, not really sweet, more in the dry end of things. Overall, comparatively simple but nice refreshing finish for a really sour evening.

Bottle. Pours a near clear deep ruby red with visible carbonation and minimal head. Aroma has a beautiful rich tart raspberry with a bit of barrel supporting. Flavor has a bit of an acid bite with a rich raspberry note and a bit of barrel underlying.

Bottle. Huge raspberry nose, yogurt and vanilla, and a little spice. Lovely crimson color, deep and beautiful, with lace. Medium tartness, nice sweetness in there as well. Not overwhelmingly sour. Great.

This beer pours a deep reddish-burgundy color with a medium thin pinkish-white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of raspberry, oak and yeast. Medium body with a tart berry character and flavors of vinous oak, yeast and malt. The finish is moderately tart with a raspberry aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Poured into a taster showing light brilliant red with no head. The nose shows moderately intense notes of light but tart raspberry. The palate is medium bodied and highly carbonated. A lot of raspberry flavors with a high tartness.

Looks like raspberry juice my grandmother gave me as a kid. Tons of black berries, moderately sour nose. Tons of sour blackberries, the fruits really shine with this beer. Nice beer, not uber complex but fruit is fantastic

Watering Hole Cascade event. Pours a deep red to almost purple with a small pink head that dissipates fairly quickly. Huge blackberry nose with some light oak, berries and woody notes. This is quite well-balanced between fruity and tart. Not overly acidic at all. It is loaded with blackberry and blueberry flavor. There is a nice amount of tartness and a good oaky, dry finish. Awesome. Rerate: The nose still works for me but tried during a sour tasting, it really felt more one-dimensional that the first time. Still well-balanced, but a little boring.
