On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear ruby with small pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is strong berry and oak. Thin mouth, jammy, tart berry, oak, really enjoyed this one.

Draft - Vinous with some barrel and dark Berry notes. Deep redish copper witha small beige head. Sweet raspberry, with a slight tartness and a dry finish. Nose and taste are quite different, and sourness is well balanced. Very nice.

Corked bottle pour split. Pours cherry red with a slightly sour berry fruit aroma. Short lived fizzy head. Flavor is very much as expected, though this is a good thing. Fresh red raspberries and blackberry. Very sour up front but finishes more sweet. Another great sour from these guys. Great stuff.

Bottle. A bit of a gusher on opening, nothing too serious. Pours clear deep ruby, medium fizzy pink head, good lacing. Aroma has definite raspberries, along with funky basement, almost mushroom, stems and seeds, oak. Flavor is medium funky, medium tart, fruity. More mushroomy as it breathes. Medium body, high carbonation - let it breathe a bit. Solid
