Cask (gravity) @ Flower Pot, 23-25 King Street, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE1 3DZ. [ As Newark Winter Gold ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale maltl earthy, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, apple, earthy, sweet malt, caramel, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150214] 5-2-5-3-11
