Catharina Sour, originated when home brewers along with craft brewers from the Santa Catarina state near Florianopolis, collaborated to showcase Brazil’s rich fruits, in a bigger version of a clean lactic soured ‘Berliner’ style beer. Sharp but clean sourness enhances our summer fruits blend used in this beer. Tantastic!

16/12/2019. Can from Beerfly, Bedford. Pours unclear dark pink / violet with a short lasting off-white head. Didn't look amazing but wow this was good! Huge and delightful sour berry fruit aroma: raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and strawberry, with subtle lactose and light yeasty notes. Moderate sweetness and medium plus sour. Moderate body, with slight creaminess, and average carbonation. Lovely fruit sour finish, just a touch salty. Hadn't particularly expected anything amazing when I bought this, mainly got it as I'd not had anything from this brewery before, but it was very nice
