Cask at the Cross Keys, Thame. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting bubbly white head. The aroma is yeast and malt. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, slightly watery, light citrus, yeasty, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

8/11/2019. Cask at the Cross Keys, Thame. Pours golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, caramel, malt, citrus, flowers and a touch of spruce. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Enjoyed this.
