Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2015. Pours very hazy burnt yellow with a big white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, hay, dry soil, barnyard, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, fruity, spicy and funky. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, astringent and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, barnyard and lemon zest. Shows great promiss but a bit rough around the edges.Re-rate! Bottle through the Farmer’s Barrel. Definitely not rough around the edges anymore. Tasty hugely refreshing modern grisette.

Handbottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a lively, white head. Very intense aroma, citrusy hops, yeast and funk - superbly complex. Body is light, the beer feels very soft on the palate, some tartness, Brett, phenols and yeast with a dry finish. Very delicate and welcoming. 171215
