Golden in colour, a careful blend of hops and malt create a lemon-citrus aroma, a zesty tropical fruit taste and a balanced bitter sweet finish.

25/1/2020. Bottle from one of my trips west last year, but didn't note where I got it. Poured clear pale gold with an orange tint and a large frothy white head. Aroma of spicy hops, malt, citrus, tropical fruit, touch of pine, biscuit and herbs. Moderate sweetness, bitterness was quite low though came through a little more in finish. Medium body, oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Exceeded my expectations this one. Great food pairing beer.

Bottle from Gardiner & Haskins, Bristol. Deep gold in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Aroma of hedgerow hops, a touch of lemon and stone fruits. Flavour had biscuity malts, a touch more fruit and a finish with a lot of bittering hop character. Enjoyable.
