Cask (handpump) @ Hand and Heart, 65-67 Derby Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 5BA. [ As Belvoir White Dolphin ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at Hand and Heart. Clear pale yellow color, white head. Aroma of light grass. Taste is plain grass. Can someone please explain to me why the brewery name is pronounced "Beaver?" Thanks.
