Klar brun med hvit skum. Lukter Fruktig, pære. Smaker pære, einebær, krydder. Mye bedre enn forventet siden den har med akevitt å gjøre

Bottled, thanks Rune! Clear amber, small head. Light doughy nose. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Bready and spicy. Mid bitter finish with hints of metal.

Flaske 330ml fra Kjeller 5. Batch 162. Drukket på Bergstua 4 Mai 16. Gyldenbrun. Høyt tett skum som daler sakte. Lett krydret aroma. Smaken lett. Behagelig krydderpreg - men vassen & lite variasjon. En del bunnfall igjen på flaska.

330ml bottle, batch #162, bought at Kjeller 5. Hazy amber in body colour, fair off-white head, poor lacing. Caramel malts on the nose with underlying spices (caraway). taste of pale and brown malts, hints of leafy hops and spices of caraway seed. Bittersweet endnotes. Slightly jam-like impression. Medium bodied. Different and quite alright (Tromsø 29.04.2016).
