A mixed fermentation saison. Brewed with orange and vanilla to produce a very easy drinking Saison with a light tartness and a fresh citrussy character and subtle vanilla on the finish.

23/8/2020. Cask at the Fat Cat, Ipswich. Pours cloudy dull orange gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus, orange, peach, mango, pineapple and vanilla with a light woody edge. Moderate sweetness and heavy sour. Medium body, soft carbonation. Vanilla develops more late on but sour keeps on going. Really liked this.
