23/4/2021. Cask at the Fat Cat & Canary, Norwich. As Boysen The Hood Stout. Pours dark reddish brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of boysenberry, light roasted malts, dried fruits, biscuity toffee notes. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Sweet finish.
